Life Story Ceremonies by Kathryn Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions Payment Policy Booking Fee A non-refundable booking fee of $200 is required within 24 hours of confirming your ceremony to secure your date. If the booking fee is not received within this timeframe, the booking may be cancelled and the date released. Final Payment The remaining balance is to be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to your ceremony date. Failure to make final payment may result in the ceremony not proceeding. Payment Methods Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash. Bank details: KATHRYN APPLEBY 38-9006-0240751-00 Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. If cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to the ceremony, any payments (excluding the booking fee) may be refunded. Within 7 days of the ceremony, no refund will be given. Postponement If your ceremony needs to be postponed, I will do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Any payments made may be transferred to the new date. Terms and Conditions Booking Confirmation Your ceremony date is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received. Personalised Services Each ceremony is written specifically for you. Time spent preparing, consulting, and creating your ceremony is included in your fee. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to provide accurate information required for the ceremony, communicate in a timely manner, and review and approve ceremony details prior to the event. Delivery of Service I will provide a professional, personalised ceremony, arrive on time and prepared, and deliver the ceremony with care, empathy, and professionalism. Unforeseen Circumstances In the unlikely event I am unable to perform your ceremony due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will make every effort to arrange a suitable replacement celebrant. Travel Travel within Morrinsville is included. For locations outside this area, travel may be charged at an agreed rate. Limitation of Liability While every effort is made to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control that may affect the event. Final Note My goal is to make this process as easy and stress-free as possible, while creating a ceremony that truly reflects you or your loved one.
